Ok, so we haven’t even celebrated Thanksgiving yet, but it’s never too early to get pumped about the holidays. And it’s not about getting presents or time off from school or work either (Although all that never hurts).
This year, Room 24 is extra excited about participating in two of Austin’s most favorite holiday traditions. First, we’ll be playing our take on some well-known holiday music in Chuy’s Christmas Parade on November 29 (while riding on a float we’re designing ourselves). The parade starts at 11:00 am. Then we’re keeping the holiday spirit going when we play The Trail of Lights 50th Celebration Grand Opening on December 7. The trail opens at 7:00 pm; we go on at 8:00.
It’s all waiting for you – Floats, balloons, and the Operation Blue Santa trucks at the Chuy’s Parade, happy to accept your toy donations. Over-the-top light displays, the Zilker tree to spin under ‘til you’re dizzy, and as much kettle corn and hot chocolate you can gorge yourself on at The Trail of Lights.
Yep, all of Austin will be celebrating the holidays like only Austin can. Hope you come on out and join us in getting into the holiday spirit!

P.S. We’re also celebrating the season by giving something new and exclusive to everyone on our email list which we’ll make available on December 21. If you haven’t joined our email list yet, do it now on our homepage!
